Problem: I cannot post on the forum
---You must receive the validation email from the forum and click the link provided within the email to validate your account. This changes your account status from Validating to Member.
Solution:
---Check the email account which you provided when you registered for an email from YggRO2. Make sure to check your SPAM or JUNK mailbox as it might be directed there. Open the email and click on the link to validate your account. If the link does not validate your account, the bottom of the email contains instructions on how to manually validate your account. If you deleted this email by accident, go to my controls and click "Resend Validation Email".


Problem: How do I create an account for the YggRO2 server?
---Your forum account is not the same as the in-game account
Solution:
---Please use the web-based account creation page, do NOT use CAPITAL letters or symbols in either your username or password.


Problem: When I try to create an account in-game or character I get a Version Mismatch error
---That account/character name is taken.
Solution:
---Please try another account name, and remember, please avoid using spaces in your username, password or char name.


Problem: When I create a character, I get a video and I go back to the Character Creation screen.
---The name you chose for you character is already in use.
Solution:
---Please try using a different character name and avoid using spaces in your name.


Problem: My character is stuck in a black void
---You fell through the world, or something glitched and now you cannot teleport out, move or die.
Solution:
---Please post in the sticked thread "Stuck in the Black Void", under technical support with your in-game ACCOUNT name AND CHARACTER NAME.

Problem: Where do I change my job? Where are these quest items found? How do I go to prontera.
